Welcome! This web site describes my research, which focuses on urban and regional economics, as well as real estate, labor economics and applied econometrics.

I'm originally from Sudbury, Mass., which is a suburb of Boston. I went to college at Yale and then worked in Washington, D.C. for a few years before getting my Ph.D. in Appied Economics from Wharton. I'm now an economist at the Federal Reserve Board.

This is my personal web page and anything included here does not necessarily reflect the official views of the Fed or of any of my wonderful colleagues.

I'm a fan of Boston sports teams, and my other interests include cycling, hiking and eating delicious food.
